Follow-up comment rss or Leave a TrackbackI don’t think that it is a good idea for the simple reason that anything free will bring out all walks of life and the quality of education as a result will drop. There are plenty of ways to get funding for your education. If it is something that a person is very serious about…they’ll find a way.
