Should maybe just the undergraduate degree be fully or partially paid for while charging full tuition for graduate school?

Follow-up comment rss or Leave a TrackbackOne of the obvious pros is that you’d be nearly debt free! Unless of course you live on campus, pay for a mealplan and of course your books.
However, I wonder if the quality of the education would decrease, since the government might not have enough money to support everyone. Maybe one of the things they would have to do would be to increase the admission averages for universities, so that not as many people would get in so they could pay for those people.
